Check in was easy, things are clean and efficient. The hotel itself needs a facelift in that it smells old and dank and the room itself was strange. Very nice location, easy to navigate and close by all things. I would stay again. The toilet was not secured down to the floor properly and need some sealer to secure it down. It caused the place to smell like sewage at times.

The hotel could have been cleaner but it wasnt bad. The ice machine was not working and I had to go to another floor to use one. It was very nasty looking. The shower door in the room was broken. Over all i would return if needed. Repair minor damage
The rooms are fine not worse but it's was too much going on at the property.

Unless you have no other option, stay in another part of Illinois. Staying in Harvey was a terrible decision on our part, don’t make the same mistake.
