Two things. 1) bathroom towel holder is missing. Someone put the towel hook in the drawer. 2) white bed cover has blood stain and seems like it’s been there for awhile.

Worked great for our family vacation. Well stocked and clean rooms met all expectations. Nice view from the living room , but not really from other rooms which was fine. Only slight negative was upstairs people stomped around a fair amount. Otherwise a great choice for the banff area!
