This charming ground-floor apartment offers a relaxing retreat in the heart of Güntersberge, ideal for families and pet owners. The warm living room features satellite TV and a pellet stove, while the adjacent dining room with a family-sized table is perfect for shared meals. The well-equipped kitchen includes a 4-ring cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, and filter coffee machine. Guests will sleep soundly in two bedrooms—one with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), the other with two single beds—and a bathroom with shower and toilet ensures daily convenience.

Step outside to enjoy a private terrace and garden with furniture, deckchairs, parasol, and a charcoal BBQ—great for al fresco dining. Young guests will love the shared trampoline and play equipment, making it especially family-friendly. Private parking adds convenience, and central gas heating keeps the space cozy year-round.

Located just 500 m from Güntersberge’s center, guests can easily reach the forest, lake, fishing spots, public transport, and nightlife.
