We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving. "We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke excellent English. She outlined the dinner and breakfast times. The girl in the bar was also very helpful when I asked her about the nearest pharmacy. She looked it up on her phone and showed me on the map. The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. Our evening meal was tasty and well cooked and there was a nice terrace to sit with drinks before going to bed. The breakfast had a large selection to choose from."
