Watch the deer and moose as they wander through the forested trails on the spralling 58 acres. Listen to the loons call on Rutledge Lake. Private lake access is only a short walk or ATV ride down the hill. Play a game of billiards while watching the game on the TV then relax in the saltwater hot tub at the end of your day.
