Set in a fantastic location less than a 10-minute stroll from the seafront, pier, train station, and bustling town centre, this characterful home blends period charm with modern comfort, making it an ideal base for coastal breaks, cultural adventures, or relaxed weekends away.



The courtyard garden is fully enclosed your own secluded spot to unwind, featuring ample seating and dining space, perfect for sunny afternoons or quiet evenings under the open sky.



The ground floor provides ample entertaining space, with a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a cosy living area and a downstairs toilet for added convenience.

There is no parking immediately in front of the house, but drop off and loading is allowed. The on road

parking in the immediate area is restricted to resident permits during the day, but can be used overnight

from 8pm to 9am. Free parking is within a 10-15 minute walk and/or the multi-storey payable car park is also close by.
