During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!

Great value for money . Soda snaks and coffee and tea provided free of charge . The room was very clean with great air-conditioning and bed. The pool on the roof was fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly

Nice pool and good location. Quiet and peaceful. One thing I don’t like is all people swimming with so much clothes, buts that’s is the Thai and especially Muslim ways I guess. Not so fresh in my opinion.

Mosquito everywhere Dirt and mould everywhere (pictures if required) This is the type of hotel that was old 20 years ago. It’s to late now and they don’t even clean it. Wifi rubbish and keeps turning off. Ironing board is chained up to the outside of the lift. Says it all really. Grubby/dirty Hand marks all over the place from others who have stayed Lift very slow. 9 floors so 10 mins to get down the bottom floor. No pork served in restaurants not sure why. Pool water and sun lounge area extremely dirty. Sun beds rotting and broken. Very slippery with what ever grease like substance is on the floor. No towels for hard benches even if you risk sitting. Overall if there was a zero rating this would be one of those hotels. Plenty of others around I’m sure for my next visit. Keith

Not in the center, but near the bus terminal. Great pool on the roof, comfortable and big rooms witj workspace.

OK but to much noise!

If you dont like NOISE then dont stay here! The noise from other guest rooms all night; slamming doors, shouting down corridorts is intense VERY clean hotel; Reception mostly friendly except one lady; but many rules and regulations posted all over the hotel.. Swimming pool zone lovely

Good Location, spacious room but dirty

We booked 4 rooms for 1 night stay. I would say the location is good if you have your own car. We had given 2 rooms at 2nd floor and 2 rooms at 4th floor. For the room condition, it is spacious but at the 2nd floor, there is bad smell in the room, the bad smell is out from the bathroom. There is not bad smell at 4th floor, but there are many ants were moving on the floor.

Booked 2 rooms - 1st room the hot water wasn't working and we had to call staff to get it repaired. 2nd room both the ceiling lights weren't working so we just relied on all the other auxiliary lights. Internet was also patchy in the rooms. I had to ask the reception for different login and passwords every day. Location is a little far off from the main night markets but it is easy to get a grab from the property. It is a quiet area with several food choices nearby in the day but less, at night.

The hotel environment is ok, near to shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Staff is also helpful and polite. The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains.

Insonorisation à revoir absolument

Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits durant lesquels nous avons subi les nuisances sonores des groupes de voyageurs qui nous ont gâché notre repos et sommeil. L'insonorisation est quasi inexistante. Passez votre chemin si vous avez le sommeil léger malgré l'atout de la piscine en roof top.

Good Hotel

I always stay here when I stay in Hat Yai. I believe this hotel is best hotel in Hat Yai for the price. The location is excellent with good places to eat at walking distance. I would stay here again.

New, clean facilities for the very fair price

The hotel is really nice! Strongly recommended! I am satisfied with everything of my room and staffs, but there were too many people in the pool compared to my expectation and a bit curious about the water quality of the pool. Except the points, the room was really good condition.
