We have stayed in many different hotels in Hattiesburg and this one is one of the better ones. Only negative was thin walls and slippery tub. Rest worked well.

Extremely firm mattresse

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was an A+ and it felt safe there but my only complaint was how uncomfortable the bed was. It was extremely firm, almost no give which made for a long night of no sleep! I wish they would do a little better on the beds!

Dance Is Life

My daughter had a dance competition in Hattiesburg. I choose to stay at the Courtyard because pets are not allowed in the hotel. Both of my children have bad allergies to different pet hairs. We were able to check in early, which was great, because the weather was horribly bad. After checking in and accessing the room, it was clean to my liking. I would definitely stay again.

TOP NOTCH

This stay was top notch. We absolutely will be back to this location. Everything about this location was top notch. From the front desk, the room, the housekeeping staff, the pool was nice and clean, it was located near several eateries, the outside was clean, and the check out was late.

Hotels Very Unhappy

I booked with you guys a King Suite Room with a balcony & a two person tub. I get to hotel in only thing available was a double queen bed no balcony, hair all on bathroom floor. So basically what I book on hotels site wasn’t what I got. Very confusing very disappointing, very unhappy, being it was late night I don’t want to cancel & load luggage back in my truck.

When I checked in, it was pouring down rain. By the time I arrived at the front desk, I was soaked. They had a stack of towels at the front desk and before I could even state my name, the woman handed me a towel. A small thing but, it meant the world to me! Great staff and super nice and friendly!

Front desk staff upon check in were OK (very all business). Upon check OUT, very nice! Room cleanliness for the most part nice, stray hair in bathroom from previous occupant. Shower was amazing! Tons of water pressure that would knock you down when you got in like a Hoover Dam spillway! Literally every speck of dust from every nook and cranny washed away! Bar not open due to New Year’s Eve 🙄. Only one person running bistro for breakfast. Felt like they were under staffed.
