Charming cottage nestled in a traditional farm from 1707 steeped in history, carefully renovated 2km from the slopes (link to the vast Espace Diamant ski area and its 190km of slopes). 4km from Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Contamines-Montjoie (ski area straddling Savoie and Haute-Savoie at the foot of Mont-Blanc). Arêches family resort 11km away. 9km from the Olympic resort of Les Saisies (world famous Nordic area). In the heart of Beaufortain, a real "little Savoyard Tyrol". Ideal for winter and summer, skiing, hiking and cycling, on different mountain ranges and ski areas (Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Tarentaise, Aravis...). Many mythical passes! Pleasant unspoiled natural setting (vast common ground of meadows). Paradise for children. Possibility to rent the 2 gites of the chalet for an overall capacity of 15 people.
