"Check in process needs improved. Room should have been ready at 3 but it wasn't. So after 4 I asked again and they were able to put us in a different room (same type) that was ready. I'm not sure why they didn't do this in the first place. Also, right at prime check in time between 3-4 pm, 2 out of the 3 front desk workers left/went on break leaving Grace alone. This happened on both check in day and check out day which are the only two times I went to the front desk. She kept a smile among the very long line. I felt bad for her. Also there was a lot of garbage and towels left by the pool area unfortunately from messy guests. One day, the workers went home and plates of food were just left at the pool chairs and never picked up. I picked up trash around the pool area hoping it would not blow into the ocean. Overall, the property is very nice and I would stay there again, but definitely pack your patience for the front desk and don't expect your room to be ready on time."

"From the moment we walked in until the time we left our stay was absolutely breathtaking. We throughly enjoyed our entire time there. This luxury home was exactly what we desired and exceeded our expectations. Every bedroom had its own shower and plenty outside showers to wash off the beach sand before entering. This spacious home was perfect and beautifully landscaped. We had a family of eight that fit our needs perfectly. Would highly recommend this home to others!! This home was paradise all on its own."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our property was outstanding and perfect four our special family event. We had a couple initial problems, however our property management company took very quick and professional care of them!!"

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about the property as well as the management! They communicated constantly. If we had an issue, they would fix it in no time. We had a wonderful family vacation and the accessibility for our daughter, who is in a wheelchair, was absolute perfection! Overall, it was the best experience we’ve had with any sort of rental. Not to mention the property was absolutely incredible! A huge thank you to the owners for an immaculate property as well as management for maintenance and care of the property and their wonderful communication. Mahalo!"
