"Clean spacious room, very comfortable bed"

"Perfect for our requirements"

"Great hotel"

"Cory, the manager of The Fox, is a lovely host. Super hard working, he is around to serve breakfast and still managing the bar late at night. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and warm. Parking is immediately outside the rooms and easily accessed. Bury St Edmund’s is a lovely town with excellent shopping and coffee shops. Strongly recommend staying at The Fox for visiting Bury St Edmunds."

"Due to a VRBO double booking, this was a last-minute booking @ around 6:30pm. They welcomed us in with open arms and made the stay most enjoyable. Glad we got double-booked!"

"The staff were really friendly and approachable. The meal I had was one of the best I've had in a long while. The room was really clean with a Nespresso coffee machine which for me was a really nice touch as I love my coffee. The shower was lovely and hot. I will definitely be booking there again and I can not recommend it enough. Lovely bar with a nice atmosphere. "Loved the pub experience. We have stayed in Bury before. Walking downtown to farmers markets on Saturday is awesome. Many pubs and restaurants in town The brewery at pub was excellent and I had a pint there to end my day. The breakfast was awesome every morning. Recommend staying at pubs the staff make everything perfect"

"The staff of the Heath court Best Western are Fabulous!! My room was super clean. The location is perfect."

"The Hot Tub was not in use, even though I paid for it I’m still waiting for a refund"

"Good hotel service and staff Bit out of town so need to get a cab / uber but free parking is a bonus"

"Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean."

"Stayed for one night , the room was nice with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full English) and staff very good. This should be described as a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel."
