"The rooms are worn down, water spots on sink and rusted areas that look like blood. I reserved 3 rooms for us, and our two boys families. They left and went somewhere else."

"Our room was lovely. However, it looked out over the roof and mechanicals. That was an unpleasant surprise.. but I guess, someone has to get a room like that??? We had no bath towels in our room and did not realize it until I was in the shower. There was also no conditioner in the dispenser. Beds were oddly lumpy and the sheet did not smell like they'd been sanitized. Smelled like they been minimally washed with a million other sheets and still smelled like musty body smell. The layout...
