"Requested connecting rooms through the app. Hotel directly to confirm request. When we arrived on site to check in rooms were not connecting. Staff initially attempted to lie to me and told me the rooms were connecting when they clearly would be on opposite side of the hallway. More senior staff was them brought in and simply told me that they did not do as I had requested. No apologies was offered. No assistance was offered."
