"We enjoy coming here for a long weekend. Easily accessible to the beach and the pool is always clean. I enjoy the coffee provided anytime! The bathrooms could use a little updating and grout needs a heavy cleaning. it would benefit rooms to have comfy sitting chairs vs a table and chairs. The mattress needs updating. The staff were very welcoming! Thank You we will be back and hope the mattresses are updated!!! Please???"

"Great room. Breakfast was awesome which is one of the reasons we booked. Having a place that takes care of one meal is very useful. Staff was very nice room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again if we travel up to swansboro. Pool was also in working order which was great!"

"The property location was great.. first floor..short walk through the parking lot to the beach and at the other end of the hall/building was the pool. The unit itself is a bit on the older side but still very functional and we had all we needed. The linens were abundant. A few small things were broken like a lamp, deck box lid, towel bar and shower rod fell a few times but didn’t create much in convenience. I was a bit concerned about the water damage/mold on one bathroom wall but it was reported and hopefully taken care of swiftly .. Overall Emerald Isle was a gem and has become one of my favorite beaches!!"

"My twin adult sons and I went on our first vacation in ten years back to Emerald Isle and chose this place. It was the CORRECT choice. I even had an ear infection at the start that only got worse as the week went on. Even under such difficult conditions I had a good time and this location is a significant reason why. I felt very at home and welcome. The owners were always very helpful. Their team very communicative. My entire point is that its easy to have fun when everything goes right, but its a testament to how nice a place is when you are sick and things go wrong and you still enjoy your stay."

"The place was great. Whoever cleaned it, though, must not have had time to clean the floors. No big deal. My family complained about the beds, however. They were not comfortable. The only other thing was the pool. It wasn't clean.Even with those things, we'd definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great week!"
