"We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. It is just one block off the beach (across the street from beach front properties). And we walked easily to the beach for snorkeling every day.We had a travel delay and ended up not arriving to the property until after dark. It was hard to find in the dark, so I highly recommend that if you are checking in after dark communicate with the host ahead and be sure you know exactly where you are going. There is a sign with the name of the Villa on the utility pole out front but it is faded and not very visible in the dark.Once we were checked in this stay was a dream. Lovely property in a lovely location. "

"Great time. Propane tanks needed refills and ruined our Easter Dinner but we were compensated. Area was nice but very busy street with lots of traffic noise. Overall we liked the place and the host was very responsive. "

"I usually do not leave reviews for VRBOs, but David’s outstanding job as a host merited a five-star review. My family’s recently completed trip was the first time we visited Puerto Rico. We had no real expectations or even much of an itinerary, but were excited by the number of beaches and hiking opportunities. We decided on where exactly to stay based on the homes available, and David’s property in Isabela was extremely promising. After 18 hours of travel with two young children, we made it to the house. It was exactly as shown: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 5 powerful air conditioners, washer and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and large backyard. The house is situated on a quiet, gated street with ocean views which are only better appreciated from the rooftop deck. We did encounter a couple of issues, but I was able to reach David immediately by phone and he walked us through resolving those problems. He always followed up later in the day to make sure that everything continued to work properly. This house is perfect if you want a large, quiet place where your family can spread out and relax after a day of exploration. It is a 5 minute drive to a grocery store and 10 minute drive to a number of beaches (all different types!). My only suggestion is to provide room-darkening shades in the smaller bedrooms. The Caribbean sun comes up early!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed a week and had great communication with property manager. One room had an air conditioning unit not working and was replaced within a day with a new one. The checkout process was very easy. "

"Great location to beaches, host was great answered questions promptly. The house and pool were clean and looked exactly like pictures posted. On main road so day time can be more noisy but not an issue. Kitchen is good for a quick breakfast or lunch but no oven if you’re looking to bake dinner. Utensils and cookware limited but not a problem for the stay we had. Would definitely book again so clean and easy "

"The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony. "

"Space was perfect for our family of 12.. we celebrated the news with spectacular fireworks all around town and three kings festival in town. Jobos beach was great, but our favorite was crash boat beach. The pool was fun for the kids, I appreciated that each room had air conditioning and a tv. "
