Could not have been happier with our experience. We made reservations as we were passing through the area and wanted to visit a special friend residing at the Nursing/Rehab Center just down the street from the hotel. We were greeted with a cheerful smile at the front desk, our room was clean, great continental breakfast. We would visit again.

Not a bad place. We had a reservation for 2 rooms but only one room was available at the time of check in. Other room became available around 530 pm. There were a ton of flies in the hotel lobby so they were all over our food when we were eating. I had a family of 9 staying and they only had 4 pool towels left. Just a few minor things but overall it was alright for a one night stay.

My favorite hotel in the world

Stayed here many times and will keep coming back. Absolutely wonderful. Cleanest, neatest, best managed hotel that I've seen anywhere. Breakfast is superb, though not fancy, plastic cutlery, paper plates and cups. But food is hot and fresh and delicious. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. These folks do everything right.

Needs new Management!!!!!

Manager was very rude!! I booked 2 night stay and second night we came back from eating and we were locked out of our room. Went to front desk and asked why we were locked out . I showed her that i had payed for 2 nights. She never could figure it out but finally gave me keys to my room. When we’re leaving the next morning she then could find my receipt. Manager came out and was rude like we had done something wrong. Told the other girls she would have to straighten it out. Very unprofessional! Never apologized or nothing. Do better Holiday Inn, Heber Springs , Arkansas!!!

Very large rooms, property is taken care of and staff was extremely friendly. A/C is extremely cold. Towels are not tiny, more than large enough to fit around you. Breakfast was very good also. All in all a very nice place to stay.
