"Staff was friendly. Room might have been remodeled recently. It was nice. The shower was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good. The walls were thin. Could hear many people in their rooms. Many people were loud walking up and down the hallway. I had to shove towels under the adjoining door as the people next door were having a very loud good time, including s_x. Im so glad it didn't wake my kids up. "

"This is the second time in less than a month that I stayed at a Hilton in New England that listed on their website that they had room service and even stated via the QR code in the hotel room that they had room service, but they did not. I had to go down to the restaurant to order and wait for the food. The food took over 40 minutes to come out. Staff was helpful but not particularly friendly, with the exception of the host at breakfast. Room was clean and looked like the pictures online. Hotel was quiet enough, although I could hear the footsteps coming from the floor above us. Patio was nice - clean with a variety of seating."
