Hotel is in rough shape, toilets on multiple rooms were loose and one was leaking sewer gas. Our ac unit was so musty smelling we had to either sleep in a hot room or deal with the strong smell. Staff was great, and breakfast was decent.

Rob is so helpful making sure our room has the proper amenities for my physical disabilities. The rooms are always clean and organized. My adult son enjoys the swimming and sauna pools. Whenever we have chosen to eat breakfast, there is always a wide selection of food to choose from. The breakfast staff bends over backwards to accommodate guest's special requests.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby, pool, and breakfast area were all very clean. Our room was "surface clean". Cobwebs and dust in corners, as well as the edge of the room needing a good vacuum to remove dust, hair and food crumbs. It worked for our needs, as we were barely in the room aside from sleeping and showering, but could definitely be cleaner.
