"You have to pay for breakfast. They offer you to spin the wheel and you can get late checkout or free breakfast and some other options. They have an outdoor pool but we didn’t really check it out. The room was clean and tidy. Staff was nice "

"Hotel is beautiful. Front desk staff exceptional! Valet very nice. Room was spacious, clean. Bed very comfortable. Only issue was the restaurants. Bayou coffee didn't open at 7am as advertised. Part and Parcel had bar seating and table seating but you had to go to the bar to order. Edgar's Hermanos restaurant also had to order at bar. No table staff. I would have thought beautiful hotel would have a restaurant with someone who came to the table to take your order and check on you periodically. Made ordering more drinks ackward, so I didn’t. Had to stand at bar to close out tab. "

"The room was mediocre as far as cleanliness. The chaise was heavily soiled with something brown, and there were stains on the floor in the carpeting. The towels look like some have been used, and the Kleenex was all balled up in the container."

"Perfectly acceptable 1 night stay close to the airport for departure or arrival night. I wouldn’t stay any longer than that. Note that the shuttle service ends at 10pm. Uber to the location from IAH was about $16. My room was dated and smelled musty. Breakfast was the standard fare and staff was friendly."
