Very friendly staff

Very friendly staff! A nice pleasant stay, right next to the train station. There is a large lobby / chill area with sofas & seats, you can wait there if you’re catching a later train. Thank you, I will be back next time in Heidelberg :)

Im großen und ganzen Perfekt :) Die Küche ist Ideal und im Top Zustand. Alles was man braucht. Den Wohnbereich & das Bett fanden wir auch super. Es gibt genug Stauraum um alles aus dem Koffer oder Einkäufe unter zu bringen. Das Bad ist Modern und auch dort hat man alles was man braucht. Kleines Manko, das ein oder andere im Bad ist nicht mehr ganz funktional ( zb. Toiletten Roller-Halter // Duschkopf einhänge Element). Was aber nicht groß gestört hat, ich es aber erwähnen möchte. Das Zimmer ist trotz Lage am Bhf sehr ruhig wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Top! Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, aber es fahren viele Busse oder STR im 10 Minuten Takt. Als kleinen Vorschlag: Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein großer Besen oder ein kleiner Sauger nicht schlecht.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles ist sehr sauber. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend! Und obwohl das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof, bzw. an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, ist es erstaunlich ruhig. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert, was bei meinem Aufenthalt, mit Temperaturen über 30°, äußerst angenehm war!

Kurzer Fußweg zum/vom Bahnhof, Umgebung alled ok. Zimmer sauber, modern, mit Küche. Personal immer sehr freundlich. Schöne Lobby. Kaffee kostenlos, auch auf dem Zimmer. Zimmer sehr gut schallisoliert, man kann aber Fenster auch offenlassen. Großer TV, zwei Schreibtische. Zwei Aufzüge, einwandfrei. Fittnessraum klein, aber austeichend. Wäschwaschen mit 6€ Münzen. Parken nicht genutzt. Für Anreise mit Bahn perfekt. Innenstadt/Bismarckplatz schnell mit Tram/Bus erreichbar. Hotel alles wie neu, daher sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr praktisch, sehr zentral am Hbf gelegen. Dennoch war es sehr ruhig. Die Parkmöglichkeit im Haus waren mit 15,-/Tag angekündigt. Vor Ort hat es dann leider 25,-/Tag gekostet.

Beyond scandal; horrible experience

At the hotel, there is an exposed electrical socket located on a shelf with toys in the children’s play area, at a height easily accessible even to very small children. This is extremely dangerous.Even worse, we arrived at the hotel, my 5-year-old son ran straight to the play area and immediately came back crying. His hand was bleeding heavily. We discovered that there was a blender placed on the children’s play table, hidden among the toys. When his finger touched the blade inside, it was cut badly. Fortunately, the blender was not plugged in. If it had been, all his fingers could have been severely injured.How can a blender be on a table in a children’s play area? Here’s how: because, some reason I cannot understand, kitchen appliances are being displayed throughout the hotel, all within easy reach of children. Most likely, another child brought the blender to the play area before we arrived and left it on the table.This was an extremely disturbing experience. None of the staff at the reception even apologized. The receptionist stated it was not their fault and not their responsibility, saying, “We’re just at reception.” They didn’t even ask how the child was, despite the fact that we had rushed past them while my son was bleeding. from the very beginning, the two women at the reception were very rude and unhelpful. This is beyond scandal…

Het inchecken is om 15:00. We konden niet inchecken om 15:00 omdat de kamer nog niet klaar zou zijn. Nog 1 a 2 uur wachten? Nadat management zich ermee bemoeide konden we opeens wel inchecken? Kamers niet schoon, stof onder de bedden en de keukenkasten waren vies en niet grondig schoongemaakt. Heel spijtig want de locatie, opties tot openbaar vervoer, parkeren, restaurants is wel dik in orde. Duidelijkere communicatie en de schoonmaak op punt zetten zal bijdrage aan een correctere prijs, vraag en aanbod verhouding.

Das Apartment ist preisgünstig, direkt am Bahnhof, ruhig mit Klimaanlage Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider war der Müll in der küche nicht geleert Handtücher fehlten 1 Fernseher ging nicht und an der Eingangstür wR im den Griff blutverschmiert. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett hat gleich Alles in Ordnung gebracht und uns mit kühlen Getränken entschädigt.
