Friendly staff at check in and very clean rooms! Good breakfast for additional charge- coffee was not so good! 😊 When we asked for extra pillows we were surprised with size! We were very happy! The beds are extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi and tv are sub-par, but we didn't stay at the beautiful and historical Ritter for the tv. The location, views, staff, breakfast, and surrounding dinner options are outstanding.

The property lived up to our memories of our first stay there in 1981. However there was no provision or information about parking, the restaurant was closed and the morning we left they didn't provide breakfast.

Very nice hotel in the best location of the city. You are at the doorstep of the old town you really can’t get a better location. Even though it’s in the heart of the old town, it’s very quiet in the rooms, which were also nice. Bed was comfortable and the accommodation were great. Sam, who checked me in was so friendly and inviting, he made our stay very pleasant

This hotel is old but well kept . It’s clean and staff is very friendly. It’s a historic building. Only thing I didn’t like was that you get one key for your room and the only way to lock the room from outside and inside is with the key .
