This hotel was booked as a stopover on our route back to UK. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, modern, with good facilities in the bedroom and in the hotel itself. We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling. A great stopover

Clean, quiet, neat, comfortable. The staff are generally friendly. A bit far from Heilbronn Central Station. About 20-25 minutes on foot. But 5 minutes by bus. overall satisfactory.

There is a public area just in front of the hotel property where a sort of "techno-party" was hosted until 1:00AM. Our room was located on that side of the building. We asked the staff to switch our room and they told us they were "fully booked", which sounds like a terrible excuse because there were only 5 cars in the parking lot, a single employee at sight and just a couple other guests the next morning at the breakfast room.

Great Hotel, Limited Parking, Hard to Find

A brand new hotel that's really leaning into the maritime theme. Rooms were large, comfortable, and there's a free sauna and roof terrace by the fitness center. Overall fantastic. Only niggles: There's very limited parking (and no EV charging at all) at the hotel itself. You'll have to most likely find street parking down the road or park in the (very nearby) parking garage. This is especially an issue since there's no check-in parking available. The hotel is behind another building, so it's pretty hard to spot from the street.

Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung dort. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und schön gelegen. Der Park, über den man zu Fuß die Stadt erreicht ist ebenfalls schön und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben gut geschlafen und können auch das Frühstück weiter empfehlen

Noch ein Hotel mit dem üblen Saftdispenser!!!

Im Vergleich zu den zuletzt leider von mangelhaftem Service geprägten Aufenthalten ist das HARBR zum alten Glanz zurückgekehrt. Das gelangweilte Barpersonal gibt es nicht mehr, der Service klappte wieder 1A. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Nur die üble Orangensaftplörre aus dem Dispenser verhindert die 100% Zufriedenheit: Wasser, Farbstoff, Zucker und Stromverbrauch. Wie krank muss man im Hirn sein, wenn man wiederverwendbare Glasflaschen gegen so einen Mist austauscht?

Auch wenn ich vorab keine Rückmeldung zu meinen Fragen erhalten habe, bin ich mit dem Hotel insgesamt sehr zufrieden und kann es definitiv empfehlen. Alles ist neu, modern und gepflegt. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr schnell. Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig. Beim Frühstück fehlt einem nichts und die Qualität ist gut.

Service nicht mehr so wie gewohnt!

Strategisch gut gelegenes Hotel, baulich guter Zustand, supersaubere Zimmer, angenehme Ausstattung. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der nahen Straße sind vorhanden. Gutes Frühstück (wobei dieses im Brotbereich etwas nachgelassen hat). Dafür gibt es jetzt tatsächlich einen wuselnden Roboter, der dabei hilft, Geschirr und Besteck abzuräumen. Völliger Unsinn: Anstatt so wie bisher Saft umweltbewusst in Glaskaraffen oder Flaschen anzubieten, braucht es jetzt einen IPad gesteuerten Mischer, der mit Konzentrat arbeitet (wie für die Softdrinks im Fastfoodrestaurant)… echt übel!!! Mangelhaft: In der zweiten Nacht war eine Einwahl ins W-LAN nicht mehr möglich. Das Personal im Gastrobereich wirkte (abends) teils überfordert, teils unmotiviert. Das war bis vor einem Jahr immer sehr gut, jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal eher ungenügend.

Echt schönes Hotel

Echt tolles Hotel. Überraschend großes Zimmer für einen annehmbaren Preis. Wäre dieses Hotel so an meinen Lieblingsorten, müsste ich nie wieder nach passenden Hotels suchen. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man in Heilbronn unterwegs ist

Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich schön, das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings liegt das Hotel nicht allzu günstig, wenn man abends zu Fuß noch etwas essen möchte (das Hotel bietet aber auch ein paar Speisen an). Zudem war das Treppenhaus wirklich extrem staubig, mit dicken "Wollmäusen" auf dem Boden. Vielleicht kommt es nicht so oft vor, dass Gäste die Treppen nehmen, sodass es übersehen wird beim Saubermachen... ; )
