Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed

We were here last year and this year. We like this classy hotel.....its in the very center of Heilbronn and offers all the comfort you can ask for. Good beds, good food incl. Sushi. Highly recommendable!

A luxury hotel in the centre of Heilbronn.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Heilbronn. Nice, clean room. All the amenities I needed, possibly another bottle or water and coffee machine would have made it even better. Spa area was superb. I'd have eaten in the restaurant if it hadn't shut early (8 pm). Very good. Would stay again.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch persönlich. Wir hatten uns ein Eckzimmer mit Dusche gewünscht und unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Ein schöner Blick auf die alten Neckararme und das Experimenta. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und alles ist fußläufigzu erreichen. Den Indoor-Pool hatten wir uns nur angeschaut, aber ist groß genug um schön schwimmen zu können.

Kein Hinweis auf Bademäntel an der Rezeption (obgleich wir nach dem Spa und den Öffnungszeiten gefragt haben), Pool extrem kalt (zum sportschwimmen geeignet, alles andere zu kalt, für Kinder nicht geeignet!), beim Frühstück wurden wir ins Nebenzimmer gesetzt (Blick auf die Garagenauffahrt statt auf den Neckar) mit dem Hinweis alles andere sei reserviert, bei Ankunft wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass ein Reservieren beim Frühstück möglich (und nötig) ist, Zimmer innerhalb des Hotels scheinen sehr unterschiedliche Qualitäten zu haben (wir hatten eines, welches seit den späten 80er wohl genau so ausgesehen hat), insgesamt werden wir nicht wiederkommen
