"The staff was kind and generally very helpful. They know and understand that most guests are there to see ancient Egyptian sites and to have a relaxing time. The room was fine... wouldn't say incredible, but clean and comfortable. However, the hotel itself is perched on top of a nice hill so you get a great view of the city, and it's fun to walk around with the views, poolside, restaurant, lobby, etc."

A great moment in #history! This temple in Philae once had to be dismantled and rebuilt on an island due to problems with flooding in the initial location. Seeing all the different hieroglyphics in this area truly made my time in Egypt something I will never forget.
