"Please do not even think about staying at this property. The photos you see are not realistic of the situation encountered. Mold, door to the shared balcony does not close properly. Dirty, old. Was present at the property for 40 minutes because of the unsafe and unhealthy conditions. When we requested a refund it was denied. Again, do NOT book this property!!!"

"It was wonderful stay for me. Very safe and close to my official visit at Pieter D Somer auditorium, to attend ISMA 2026 conference. Iprefer to stay if I travel back to Leuven again."

"It was something really good .. I would like to thank all the stuff :) "

"Was very cozy, check in kinda far but not terrible. Right next to central station great place"

"Makkelijk te parkeren voor 2 euro per uur "

"They recently was bought a couple months before my stay, and they were changing the locks to the rooms, so I was not able to use the laundry room. Besides that, i enjoyed my room. I suggest bringing your own hair dryer - the one they provide takes long too dry."

"A"

"My first booking listing didn’t mention stairs and my luggage was too big to go up the skinny windy stairs. So thankfully they found me another apartment near by. However it was not up to the same standard as what I originally booked. It also had no air conditioner and no fan. It was boiling hot on the top floor with no breeze getting through the window- on a 21 degree day. I am very grateful they found me different accommodation, it was a nice stay beside the heat up there. Thanks"

"We were a party of 7 and rented three rooms. My room had sticky rings on the nightstand from a glass. My niece’s room had a hole in the wall of her bathroom. My son’s room had a bathroom that smelled bad all the time. The beds were comfy. The rooms are large. The elevator is antiquated but works. The parking garage is something of a horror show. But, it was fairly conveniently located to the older and more interesting sections of the city. I don’t think I’d recommend it, but in a pinch it will...

"The apartment had a smell of cigarettes and as non smokers it was terrible to have to endure during our stay, the cleanliness is poor too the walls are dirty, the curtains look like they haven’t been washed in a while, the bed sheets have stains on them and honestly this apartment looked nothing like the picture, the upside of this entire apartment is that the city is just a 2 minute walk away but that’s it."
