The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is  11 am. Strip used sheets off the beds and leave at the foot of the bed. Place used towels in a pile in the shower. Wash used dishes and hand dry with microfiber towels provided.
Turn off all lights and set thermostats back to 55°. Lock backdoor by lifting handle and turning the deadbolt. Lock front door by entering the house code and tuning deadbolt.
Gather all trash to haul off-site. We suggest making a stop at the Helena transfer station located at 1975 N Benton Ave., open daily 8-4:15.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Home is on a limited holding tank for all grey and black water. Guests should conserve water usage to avoid unnecessary pumping of the holding tank.
Guests responsible for hauling trash at check-out. Helena Transfer Station (1975 N Benton Ave) offers trash disposal 8- 4:15 PM, 7 days/week.
Local water is not drinking quality. Bottled water is provided for guests. Place empty bottles outside front door for replacement delivery.
