We booked online and when we arrived, they didn’t have our reservation. No worries, though we were checked in and had a room. The room was nice, however, the AC unit must have had issues. It didn’t seem to cool the room and when it started up, it sounded like a cement truck. Not something you complain ...

We only stayed night and had dinner in Helenwood after a nice day in Rugby which we enjoyed. It was raining hard when we left the next morning and we did not visit the park which I am sure is lovely in better weather
