"The small boutique hotel was excellent and spotless. The service was very good. The workers were very helpful. They gave excellent advice for dining. The place was only 250 metres from my ETC training. I did not have to rent a car. The area was very safe. The street however has some decaying not well maintained houses. Abandoned land just across. "The hotel is nice. There is no formal parking lot, but there are free parking spaces in the front and on the side of hotel. It only takes about 10 min to walk to the town center. "

"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers.
