"Very clean, well appointed, comfortable home with nice updates. Much appreciated hot tub was heated, clean and ready to use. I didn’t realize the slope of streets especially one block toward the foothills. Walking distance to services but it’s a steep enough hill on the route up. Best plan to take the 3-6 min drive to Ensign Peak trailhead instead of the one that appears to be right near the home."
