"The kids' activities were absolutely incredible for children. There was a lot going on and staff around. It wasn't a dedicated kids' club in the sense that they repurposed their conference hall facilities, but nevertheless they added a great dimension to our stay. I would really highly recommend it, and things like the bikes too are a great addition. The staff are all really good with kids and breakfast as well, and everywhere, so I would say, , incredible stay as parents!"

"Perfect for a stay over at the airport. Under cover all the way, well signposted. It was raining when we arrived so.this was brilliant. Easy check in. Lifts to the upper floors. Large clean room. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed. We didn't stop for breakfast as we had an early start but it looked good. Lots of seating."

"Great location near train station and Tivoli. Staff is wonderful. I had sore feet from heavy tourist activity after my first couple of days and the staff was kind enough to give me ice a couple nights which saved me and probably made the difference in me acclimating v. getting a bruise that could have been a stress injury. Great room."

"The location is good, but it is a very crowded hotel and not sufficient people to serve that many guests. The lobby is always busy. Besides the system to take a number for everything is very inefficient. You have to take a number even to buy a coffee even when nobody is buying coffee"
