"Lovely hotel, great location and vibe - but we chose it as it had a car park…which, when we arrived, were advised was full! So we had to park at the public car park opposite.
Also, having paid for the room upfront we had to pay the city tax on arrival - but the hotel’s machines would not accept any of our 5 different cards / electronic payment methods, which the check-in staff would not accept was an issue with their machine! Funny how the same hotel machines accepted the first card we tried...
