"The air conditioner worked just fine.the only complaint I have is you go on line book the room a month ahead of time and then when you get there it isn't ready,the guy behind the desk gave me not one but three times when the room would be ready.the reservation says check in time starts at four,well I was there and it wasn't ready until 5:30pm.it had been a long day to start off with and this made it worse,thought about cancelling my reservation and going somewhere else but then I would get me money back on it so I just waited around until ready.wont be staying here again if I can help it.to me this was poor service,could have gave me a room that was ready and instead of me standing around"

"Beautiful view. Convenient walk-out for smokers. Despite having a smart TV function on the remote, this was not available. I had to go buy an HDMI cable to watch Netflix through my phone physically connected to the TV. Would have liked to have two chairs and a table outside on the patio; I had a room with two beds ( makes sense to have two chairs). Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. "

"Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the members of the staff were all helpful and friendly. The free breakfast buffet was very good. The pool at this property is really small, but great for our 2 grandchildren ages 10 and 7."

"Tomatoe Bros restaurant is in same parking lot very convenient. Staff couldn’t be any nicer. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not working when I stayed there. The room price is cheapest option in town and you get what you pay for."
