My second time staying at this hotel mainly for its central location. I only stayed for 1 night but enjoyed the Byredo bathroom amenities. Decor is a bit dated and could include a pool and spa/facilities.

Great location, right by market square. Lovely big, comfortable rooms with lovely, well stocked bathroom. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was great, with a selection of items that could be ordered (highly recommend the omelette!). The only slight downside is that the bar is not open every night which is a shame as the bar is very good! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you x

From the time of check-in to check-out, we felt very welcomed and taken care of. The location is great for exploring Helsinki and the breakfast was excellent with many options and dietary accommodations. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe room and had a comfortable double bed plus a sofa bed. The Nespresso machine made excellent coffee, and we made use of the mini fridge to house beverages alongside the minibar items for purchase. I appreciated that the hotel offered easy options for paying to check in early and check out late. This was a great stay, and I'd recommend Hotel Haven for any traveler to Helsinki.
