The property was easy to navigate online and even easier in person. Joshy was very helpful and went above and beyond during dinner, securing us a charger for our phone and ensuring our 1st meal in the city was excellent.

This is a nice place to stay but in my opinion it works best for short term travelers. I stayed 7 days and although I was gone most of the day sightseeing the room is small. Not a lot of places to store or open your luggage. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful which helps make up for the small room.

The guy waiting tables at the in-hotel restaurant was absolutely fantastic! He absolutely made the stay a unique experience. Only issue was all the hotel renovations, lots of loud sounds which were a bit annoying. Other than that, the hotel receptionist was kind and super helpful getting my shuttle to the airport set up.

Basic hotel, close to the airport, moderately priced. Please note this is a basic hotel for travellers; no kettle or fridge in the room. One can buy coffee at the front desk. Breakfast is currently prices at 17 Euros per head.

Nice, clean, basic hotel. Close to airport, with complimentary return shuttle. In a beautiful walking area, not real close to downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great value.

We had a family room because of a layover with Finnair. Very satisfied. Close to the airport and free airport shuttle. Close to a store. Room: Nice and modern. Perfect for us. Wonderful place to stay near airport

This place is a short walk from the tram. It’s clean and comfortable with a cute, retro exterior. They even put out a great hot breakfast starting at 5 am for early travelers and a cold breakfast as early as 3. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Good value and very close to airport

Keenly priced room. Quite small with kettle but no tea or coffee. Loads of parking and just 6 minutes drive to the airport. Food in restaurant was very good. Breakfast was very basic but good value. Would happily stay here again.

The front desk clerk was friendly and informative. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was great! The breakdast buffet was over the top, it covered most every food choice! This stop made our flight layover very pleasant. The shuttle from and back to the airport was a blessing. I highly recommend this hotel and their long list of amenities! Thank you!

The Pilot Hotel is as described an airport hotel. It has a convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport which was my main reason for booking there. I had not expected it to be in such a residential area quite far from any amenities when there are other hotels near the airport which are better placed for these. The room was on the small side but breakfast was good and varied.

We were in Helsinki for one week. The Pilot Hotel was very near and convenient to the airport. The staff were very personable and took care of our every request. The facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. Each morning the breakfast bar was hot and held a vast selection of foods. .
