The staff were very attentive from arrival to departure. The breakfast buffet was very well organised and room was immaculate. We used the pool and even though the Health suite is in the process of a refurb it was all very clean.

We arrived on 2/5, everyone of the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, explained everything to you , the rooms are big , aswell as the bed!! Comfy , everything you want in a room was in! Breakfast was so organised and plenty of, so you don’t go hungry , it was amazing , derek (staff) was a joy to chat too, funny with our granddaughter With his jokes ! My granddaughter went swimming ! I cannot fault anything with this hotel , but I will be using this hotel everytime I come to Hemel Hampstead it’s a 6 ⭐️ for me !

Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Entrance and seating area is modern and fresh. Staff were so welcoming and attentive in all areas. The pool was disappointing though-the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the changing rooms need renovating. Pool was warm and not crowded. Overall, a wonder stay with delicious breakfast.

The hotel was ideal for the one night stay we needed prior to attending a funeral locally. The staff at check in/out were professional, polite and friendly. Had a fantastic stay here with my 2 grandchildren. Kids eat free which i thought was fantastic. We used Lynxx taxis to travel from station to hotel and from hotel to warner bros studio and back they were excellent. Set fare and were by us in minutes, highly recommend. The staff were friendly, caring and polite all through the hotel. The room was spot on. The pool was lovely, it was warm and not to crowded. I thought the facilities were spotless. The meals in the restaurant were really good and not over priced. I will definitely use this hotel again if coming to London. Area lovely and there is an m&s food next door for water or milk if needed. Hotel in general was spotless and well maintained.

Staff were excellent, from check-in to check-out they were brilliant. Derek was amazing and was a real credit to the hotel. He was so attentive to everyone he came into contact with and is brilliant with both children and adults, he certainly has a real way with people. Fahd, the head-chef was really friendly and positive. It was nice to see both enjoying what they do and it showed! Great location for Harry Potter studios.
