"The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained.
The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response.
Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

"The bathtub, the walls in the room and the bathroom walls are dirty, the beds were super comfy but it was way to cold in the room the entire night and there was no heat we could turn on"

"The room with three queen beds was huge! We had loads of space to stretch out after a long drive. The tub is deep and comfortable, and the kitchen facilities are adequate. Very pleased."
