"Loved it"

"I'm going to preface this by saying that I've worked in hospitality for 16 years and am extremely lenient and understanding. This is probably the first 1 star review I've ever given. I booked a room for 4 nights through expedia. We arrived relatively late and tired after driving all day, so didn't get a great look at the room before passing out. The next morning, we noticed that everything in there was gross and sticky. It took looking at the bottom of my son's feet, who had been walking around...

"This was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Towels stained, bed stains, filthy floors, filthy shower curtain with black mold. I understand it was a cheap option in a town with not many options, but take some pride in your work and make it livable. Hair everywhere, bugs, etc. we couldn’t get out of there sooner. It was sad."
