Great Location near to Station and City Centre

First time here and will certainly use again due to the convenience of location. Has a great breakfast, rooms are spacious and only downside is the lack of lift to the upper floors.

Good hotel with spacious room and bathroom, clean comfy bed, welcoming staff. Easy access to old town centre by foot and plenty of parking (although it was not obvious how to get there). We also appreciated a good breakfast choice and quality, even though we seemed to be the only residents that day. Recommended.

Leuk hotel als je op doorreis bent.

Enorm pand! Voornamelijk duitssprekend tsjechisch en/of Pools personeel aanwezig. Diner prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was okay. Ontbijt was zeer karig! Eenvoudig gratis achter het Hotel parkeren. Een lach mist op het gezicht van het personeel. Alles behalve enthoussiast zegmaar. Behalve bij de man 's morgens bij het ontbijt. Super vriendelijk!

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Betten sind angenehm. Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Kurzbesuch optimal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, bietet aber nur eine minimierte Auswahl.

Heppenheim hat Besseres zu bieten

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, dass allerdings nicht wie ausgewiesen bis 22:30 h anwesend ist. Dann gibt einen ungemütlichen Check In mit Suchen der Schlüssel Safes, die komplett unbeleuchtet sind. Na ja, man sollte bei Buchung hingewiesen werden, ich hätte mich dagegen entschieden! Zimmer geräumig, aber unpersönlich. Fußboden mittelmäßig sauber. Frühstücksbüffet okay mit langen Wegen über den Flur in das ebenfalls unpersönliche Großraum-Restaurant. Da reicht auch nicht die Freundlichkeit des Service Personals, um Behaglichkeit herzustellen. Heppenheim hat mehr zu bieten in diesem Preissegment.

Was fuer ein Geschaeft! Ich war aus Kentucky auf einer Geschaeftsreise und befand mich in der allerbeste Schnapps und Whiskey Brennerei Deutschlands! Frag nach dem Gregor um was feines zu kosten! Auch dazu, wurde die Deutsche Verfassung im Jahr 1847 dort unterschrieben! Ja... direkt im Haus. Auch 2 min. von der Altstadt entfernt.

Viel Potential für Verbesserung...

Zentral gelegen (direkt an der Hauptstraße), dafür aber etwas laut. Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, leider bestand das "Doppelbett" aus zwei Einzelbetten, was doch für Paare eher unpraktisch ist. Die Lüftung im Bad ist wohl auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war ziemlich geräuschintensiv. Alles andere als zufrieden waren wir auch mit der Sauberkeit des Geschirrs am Frühstücksbuffet. Mehr als 50% der Tassen/Gläser waren nicht zu verwenden, sorry das geht gar nicht. Darüber hinaus war das Angebot "sehr übersichtlich" und wohl auf das Nötigste beschränkt. Auch in Zeiten von Corona erwarten wir einen Mindeststandard. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hatte aber wohl aufgrund der Unterbesetzung nur die Möglichkeit der Schadensbegrenzung.

Bad war nicht sehr zufriedenstellend. Schimmelspuren am Badewannenrand, Fliesen und Ausstattung nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Das Doppelbett waren zwei getrennte Betten aneinandergestellt. Nicht gerade ideal für Paare; Doppelbett muss man evtl. bei Buchung erfragen? Der Service war sehr gut. Selbst die Bestellung gutenfreier Brötchen beim Frühstück kein Problem.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Genügend Platz zum Abstellen. Es gab sogar einen Kühlschrank. Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Der Biergarten ist wunderschön, man genießt den Urlaub unter Kastanienbäumen.
