Great overall. Parking was limited but available. Room was great and spacious for a family of 5. Selected the licataion because it was close to Knossos site but a little bit removed from the old town center. Great property.

I had a really nice stay at Chapter 02 Gallery Suites. The apartment was clean and comfortable, communication with the staff via WhatsApp was smooth, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. A special mention goes to the lovely team at Chapter 03 Café Bistro. The food was fresh, tasty and delicious, and the place was busy every day, which says a lot about its popularity. It’s not a traditional Greek taverna, but the menu offers Greek-inspired dishes, from Greek salad to creative burgers with flavours inspired by moussaka. I loved eating there, although I also visited restaurants in town for a more traditional Greek food experience. The city centre is around a 35–40-minute walk away, or a quick bus ride. This didn't bother me, as I chose the apartment because it looked great and was conveniently located for visiting Knossos Palace. One minor point: room 110 is next to a utility room, and one night the washing machine was running late in the evening. It wasn't particularly loud, and I eventually fell asleep, but as a light sleeper I noticed it. I'd suggest avoiding long washing cycles late at night when guests are nearby. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend it for its comfortable accommodation, friendly staff and excellent food on-site.

This was a very modern and stylish place, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could walk to Knossos in about half an hour and there were dining and shopping options nearby. Highly recommended!

Clean and nice aesthetic. Location is close to the Palace of Knossos. Dropped one star because toilet would not flush and check-in was stressful due to no staff being at front desk upon arrival (had to be let in by bar staff).

Would happily stay there again. The only thing that confused us was the "You Are Here" on the map in the room. Turns out that the GD Gallery is not on the map at all so that caused us some confusion. Other than that - we were super happy with the room and the wonderful staff.

A high quality hotel that gets the extras just right. The quality and cleanliness were top notch and we found the rooms well appointed and comfortable. We also appreciated the style of the decor throughout. But it was those extra torched like the welcome snacks, the hotel-prepared info guide, the toothbrush kit, the coffee/teas in room and the little slippers that were the extra touch to make us feel very welcome. Our interactions with staff were always very friendly and they were always very communicative and helpful in addressing any minor issues we had (e.g. missing TV remote the first day). A great place to stay in Heraklion.

Beds and pillows really quite bad, thin and plasticky feeling. I was under the weather and realized I had checked out in a hurry and left some clothing behind and cleaning staff denied seeing it. The plus side is that they were incredibly responsive - everything was done via WhatsApp. Never interacted with a person, for better or worse - personally did not mind. Conveniently located to Knossos.

No 2 bus stops outside and goes to Knossos and back into town to the Archeological Museum. Nice restaurant is part of the property, and its staff are very helpful when you are unable to access your room. But there is no "Reception" to greet you, and if you haven`t caught up with your emails you are unable to get in. When you sit down and search for an email you find it says your booking is no longer valid. However, other kind guests and restaurant staff sorted us out. But we couldn`t get the safe to work, and there was no-one to ask. The room was not cleaned on Sunday but we could not see this in any of the instructions in the room.

You advertised this as a 3/4 star hotel. It is not an hotel, you said it had 24 hour reception it did not, it had 24 hour WhatsApp. You said it had a restaurant it did not. You said there was a spa there was not. They were all individual businesses and nothing to do with the apartments. We thought we had booked an hotel, it was an apartment block, in a run down area and transport was awful, it was noisy and dusty. There was no where to sit outside the apartment. Our bins were left over flowing and we had no replacement towels in four days. We booked this for two weeks but fortunately we had to change our flights because two weeks in this place would have been a nightmare. The restaurant next door was nice but three times the price of eating in the city. The people in the shop joined to the apartments were unfriendly and were annoyed when our taxi dropped us in front of their shop and we had to go through it to get to the reception. The manager had sent a code to our phones while we flying so never received them until after we arrived at the apartment block. There was no one in reception all the time we stayed here. This apartment block is okay for a one or two night stop over but not for a holiday. We have booked through Expedia many time and this has been our worse experience ever. Needless to say we won’t be using Expedia again.

We loved our stay here - located close to Knossos & a short drive to the city center of Heraklion. The studio was very comfortable & a great size. We loved the breakfast & onsite parking was much appreciated. Friendly service & very helpful - quick to answer ny questions!
