Schöne Lage aber leider abgewohnt und nicht gepflegt.

Die schöne Lage des Objektes macht zwar Einiges wieder wett, aber der Zustand und die Ausstattung der FeWo lässt doch lässt zu wünschen übrig. Hier sollte man, von den Einnahmen auch mal wieder etwas investieren, um diverse abgenutzte bzw. kaputte Dinge wieder instandzusetzen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief jedoch reibungslos, flexibel bei der Übergabe und stets freundliches Personal. Nichtsdestotrotz kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
