Modern vacation apartment in Heringsdorf with balcony - ideal for couples

This small and cozy apartment sea breeze is on the first floor of the house. The living and sleeping area flows harmonious blending and characterized by the ceiling height and the old floorboards. The bright and modern double bed, a comfortable couch, which can be put in lying position and TV flat screen invites you to relax. A small kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic stove completes the decor of the apartments. A direct view to the Baltic Sea offers the closed balcony with seating area. The bathroom, with walk-in shower and a waterfall shower head and 8 settings, leaves no wish unfulfilled. For your convenience, the beds made up on arrival and towels are ready for you. In this apartment it is not possible to set up the space for a travel cot for infants.

A great place for couples and beach lovers. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

A parking lot is located in the nearby parking garage.

 The house Mertin is located in a central, but also near the beach location in the Heringsdorf Seestrasse. The beach, the promenade and the pier are only a few meters away. Shops and numerous restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.

Seebad Heringsdorf is located between the seaside resorts of Ahlbeck and Bansin in the north of the island of Usedom near the Polish border. The place thrilled by its unique resort architecture, which gives it a very own and historic charm. Viele Restaurants und Bäcker sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonderes Highligt: der Winrergarten und der Holzdielenfußboden. Parken im Parkhaus 12€/Nacht oder auf dem Parkplatz an der Kirche 7€/24h (Münzgeld passend tägl. nachwerfen)

Das Haus hat die Liebe zum Detail..Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet..es wirkt auf den Fotos größer aber reicht für 2 Personen..Super ausgestattet..Der neue Wirtschaft Raum..hat alles was man noch zusätzlich braucht..von Waschmaschine ..Geschirrhandtücher..Hygiene Artikel Putzmittel..Toilettenpapier Haushaltsrollen.Gläser .Geschirr..selbst eine kleine Apotheke...Der Liebevoll eingerichtete Eingang mit Sitzgelegenheiten Fahrradschuppen ..es wurde an alles gedacht..Der große Geschlossene Balkon..mit Fenster die sich problemlos ganz aufschieben lassen..Laden zu einem gemütlichen Abend ein..Frühstück immer im Sonnenschein...Wäscheständer mit Klammern sind dort auch vorhanden....wir kommen aud jedenfall wieder..Das Meer ist dort nicht zu sehen..aber so Zentral gelegen..3 Minuten zum Strand...und im Ortskern mit tollen vielen Restaurants und Geschäften...

Ein Tipp zur Ergänzung des vorhandenen Geschirrs, wären vielleicht mal 2 Kaffeepötte. Ob für Kaffee oder Tee sind diese großen Tassen praktischer als kleine Tässchen vom Service. Ich habe mir daher eine gekauft, obwohl ich Zuhause bestimmt schon 20 davon habe:-(((

Die Loggia bzw. der Wintergarten ist zu dieser Jahreszeit nur eingeschränkt nutzbar (wenn die Sonne nicht scheint, ist es zu kalt, um dort zu frühstücken, die Heizung hat nicht genug Kraft und ist am Abend auch abgestellt, so dass man am Abend dort auch nicht sitzen kann). Ohne diesen Raum ist es doch sehr beengt, der Platz zum Frühstücken sehr klein... Ansonsten alles prima; danke für`s freundliche Kümmern, wenn ich eine Frage hatte!

Das Apartment ist so wie beschrieben, klein, aber hübsch und alles in Ordnung. Angenehm viel Stauraum (Schränke). Der geschlossene Balkon ist wie ein kleines Zusatzzimmer, windgeschützt, trocken, hell. Die Fenster können aber bei Bedarf/warmem Wetter geöffnet werden. Der ideale Frühstücksraum. Einen Meerblick konnten wir nicht erhaschen.
