"Very clean and well furnished. Awesome views from our balcony of the Caribbean and St. Martian. The pool was clean with perfect temperature. Loved our stay!"

"Check in staff was amazing, rooms are basic lacking mirrors I had to wait for my husband to get out the shower for me to do my hair & makeup there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. You will sweat when getting ready in the bathroom. The electricity shut off random causing delays in getting ready due to no lights to see. I did my makeup while lights were flashing to save time and get to appointments on time. Dirty comforters eww needs to work on better cleanliness it smells like mold throughout. "

"We enjoyed the property, its location, and the physical layout of the floorplan. I would suggest the hosts to replace the mattresses as they are not comfortable at this price point. I dont want to throw shade here...just a suggestion. Overall, happy with our stay and still give it 5 stars."

"We had delays getting to the island and when we got to the villa it was dark and had to call to ask where the lockbox was. It also looked like someone was using the villa before we got there because it was not totally clean. Sand on the Ping-Pong table, crumbs in the toaster oven and microwave, and the kitchen counter was sticky. The bathroom was clean, but the mold and peeling paint was not very inviting. I was surprised that the grounds were not maintained. The grass had not been cut in weeks, vegetative litter abounded, and the goat droppings on the walkway to the pool was not inviting either. The furniture on the covered porch looked inviting, but we found out, unfortunately, that some of it was dry rotted because my wife sat on one of the chairs and it collapsed. Fortunately, she was not badly injured! In short, the villa in general looked "tired" and in need of sprucing up on the part of the owners. While we had no children with us, the ability to not close the gate to the 'beach' could have been a problem if a child wandered down to the water. One bright spot was Dorothea who was wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and the AC was great for sleeping. The nearby construction was unfortunate, but we don't hold that against the site. Beautiful views of St. Martin, and while the water was rough, the sound of the surf was very soothing and calming."

"Spa is very unique since the spa structure was brought over seas from Thailand. The hotel’s rum room is special. Rooms are well equipped with complimentary beverages and all rooms are ocean front or ocean view. Very spacious. Make sure you book a free breakfast with your accommodations.. otherwise breakfast is very expensive. "

Joyce in Anguilla was very helpful and did a great job keeping us in good shape during our stay. Wonderful quiet location and great beaches are within short distances from the property. The ultimate getaway to a magical island! "

"Villa B on the Sea is an amazing place to stay. Host and property manager were awesome and very responsive. We were a group of 6 and all agreed this was one of the best places we have stayed in our travels."
