Mitten in der Nacht stand plötzlich ein fremder Mann im Zimmer - scheinbar wurden Zimmer doppelt belegt (?!) oder Codes und Zimmernummern falsch ausgehändigt? Das bildet kein Vertrauen, zumal dieser fremde Gast...
