"We stayed here for only one night but it was so cosy and clean, we really enjoyed it. We were celebrating our engagement and the host upgraded our room to a lake view to congratulate us. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was big and spotless. The hosts were very friendly and tried to make everything as hassle-free as possible and offered to book us a table at the onsite restaurant. "The hotel has an excellent location, nice rooms, and even a small elevator. It would get a 10 if not for lacking air conditioning, and a mini fridge would also be useful. I give it an 8 due to these two things. We opened the windows and these made the room cooler at night, but in the morning be prepared for delivery vehicles and street sweepers noises. The price was right, breakfast was good, and staff were nice. I would stay again."

"Très bien en général. Bien situé au cœur d’Évian, staff très gentil et chambre propre. Le stationnement est inclus, ce qui est génial dan ce coin du pays !!"

"Pas d’air climatisée, pas de bouilloire ou cafetière dans la chambre, il n’y a pas de rideau de douche et seulement une petite douche téléphone, nous aurions apprécié une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre en guise de bienvenue."
