The room was clean. The beds were uncomfortable, and I had to ask for extra towels and they never brought the towels to us. I had to go and look for them.

The staff really rubbed me the wrong way. First, I had a young man when I asked him in Spanish "do you speak English"? His response was "No, English is stupid"! I immediately was offended and asked for a manager. The manager did get the higher boss and told me he would check the cameras to later get a sob story on what he heard. He did deny that what he is heard was correct but offered me his apologies. Then another time I handed a young woman 80 in cash in exchange for pesos. She counted 80 and then the man who was giving me the money counted 80. Upon returning from my room the young man told me that it was on 75$. This hotel needs to get it together. Aside from that the breakfast was enjoyable and parking was great.
