The Space
Enjoy exclusive access to a spacious, elegantly furnished walkout basement suite featuring:
• Living Room: A welcoming lounge with comfortable furnishings, tasteful décor, and a relaxing atmosphere.
• Executive Office: A dedicated workspace with a desk, monitor, comfortable seating, and an adjoining private half bathroom.
• Queen Bedroom: A comfortable queen-size bed with quality linens and direct access to an en suite full bathroom.
• Kitchenette: Beautiful marble finishes, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, and other conveniences for preparing light meals. Please note: There is no stove or oven.
• Dining Area: A comfortable space for meals, coffee, or quiet conversation.
• Private Laundry: A washer and dryer reserved exclusively for your use.
• Outdoor Patio: A private seating area offering a pleasant place to enjoy fresh air when weather permits.
Sleeping Arrangements

The suite comfortably accommodates up to four guests:
• Bedroom: One queen-size bed for two guests.
• Additional sleeping arrangement: One queen-size air mattress available for two guests.

Privacy and Convenience
Your accommodation features a separate, step-free entrance accessible directly from the guest walkway, allowing you to come and go independently.

Enjoy complimentary dedicated driveway parking, self-check-in, and exclusive use of the entire guest suite and its amenities.
The suite is located within a larger private residence, but your indoor accommodations are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Your privacy is always respected.
