"Perfect hotel for solo travelers with an early morning flight. Only about a 10 minute walk to the airport luggage drop. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was spacy enough to lay out my suitcase to re-pack and organize my things. I felt comfortable and safe. Bought my dinner at a store in "the Squaire", also only a short walk. The breakfast buffet was included and was very good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative I can say was that there were no washcloths in the room, only towels, and the bathroom in my room had an odor of cigarette smoke."

"I was not impressed with the check in process. 2 staff at the reception desk but they still expected me to use the self-check-in which asked way more questions that was needed. When you spend over EUR150 for a night in a hotel you expect to be greeted an served by a person and not be told you have to use the self check-in because that is what management want! Then at check-out i used the email link I was send and had to chase later in the morning for the final invoice to be emails"

"Clean and fairly new hotel. We enjoyed staying there. Parking is available next to the building. 15-20mins walk from terminal 2 exit, and 3 mins walk to the Gateway Gardens local train station. It's convenient to get around. It's a self check-in/out process, make sure to read the check-in pdf instructions and have the reservation code provided for a smoother check-in. I'd highly recommend this hotel."
