"Nothing unique but value for the money, coupled with excellent response from staff, made a superior value. I got to my room 11pm. The smoke detector battery was low so chirping. The front desk man who checked guests in came up and changed it personally. And at 10 pm their lobby coffee was hot! They pay attention to detail."

"I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room did not meet acceptable standards of cleanliness and maintenance. During my stay, I noted the following issues: Maintenance & Safety: The carbon monoxide detector in the room was not properly installed; it was found with the battery compartment open and empty. Additionally, the window blinds were damaged and torn, failing to provide proper privacy or light control. Cleanliness: There appear to be stains on the walls in multiple locations and debris left within the furniture drawers. General Condition: The bathroom also showed signs of inadequate cleaning. I am disappointed by these conditions, as they significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope this feedback helps you address these maintenance and housekeeping lapses to improve the experience for future guests."
