"It was very clean!! I’m usually a fanatic when staying at places making sure the reviews are good with no bed bugs and no roaches. This hotel had very good reviews, newly done, no roaches, and no bed bugs!! Being the hotel is new, they did explain to me that the heating is just getting used, therefore, that’s why there was a burning smell. We turned the heat up because it was cold and randomly after it’s been running for a bit it smelled like burning hair. Another thing make sure you turn the shower head towards the tile wall not have it straight or towards glass wall. The water leaked if it was wet on the edge and went under the glass wall all over the floor (pictures uploaded). It happened to both me and my cousin who were staying. I liked that you needed a room key to get onto the floors. It ensures safety for the people who are staying at the hotel. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Breakfast is free and was delicious!! Staff was accommodating putting me and my cousin on the same floor. The guy who was working when we checked in didn’t explain how much the total was he just said “you can tap here” and we saw the charge was higher than it said on Expedia. I spoke to another staff member, a woman, she explained it was a holding fee that the price we booked it would be what’s charged on the card after we checked out. This was a nice stay and very close to Hershey Park. Only a 10 min walk to get into town. We will be staying here again in the future!!"

"All in all a very good experience, however, they forgot to change the towels and empty the trash. Once notified, they sent someone with towels in about 15 min. I would stay there again."
