Deposited my luggage with them before check in so I could go sightseeing. When I came back to check in, they told me they had already transported my luggage to my room! In addition, they offered me a hot towel and a choice of free welcome drink (you can choose from beer to soft drink or a snack). The breakfast is wonderful too!
